Despite a disappointment, a good price for Enzo Sellerio
When the work Palermo, Fucilazione alla Kalsa (Palermo, Shooting the Kalsa), 1960 by Enzo Sellerio was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2012, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for GBP 2,500.00 (€ 3,095.60). Despite this disappointing result, Palermo, Fucilazione alla Kalsa (Palermo, Shooting the Kalsa), 1960 is the most expensive artwork by Enzo Sellerio that we have observed at auction so far.

Als die Arbeit Palermo, Fucilazione alla Kalsa (Palermo, Shooting the Kalsa), 1960 von Enzo Sellerio im Juni 2012 bei Christies in London versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus.
