Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Jugando En La Arena (Children Paddling) by Enrique Martínez Cubells y Ruiz was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2007. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 8,751.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Enrique Martínez Cubells y Ruiz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Spanish fishermen, which sold at auction in December 2018 for GBP 21,250.00 (€ 23,674.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Jugando En La Arena (Children Paddling) von Enrique Martínez Cubells y Ruiz kam im November 2007 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 8.751,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Enrique Martínez Cubells y Ruiz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Spanish fishermen beobachtet, die im Dezember 2018 für GBP 21.250,00 (€ 23.674,38) versteigert wurde.
