In September 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Private faith, fortitude by Enrique Martinez Celaya for USD 12,500.00 (€ 9,190.50). This price was achieved in the auction LATIN AMERICA at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Enrique Martinez Celaya have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Beautiful Life in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 44,599.72).
