Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Leaving The Dock by Emile Albert Gruppe was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in August last year. It changed hands for a price of USD 4,845.00 (€ 4,813.71) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Emile Albert Gruppe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sunny Morning Gloucester in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 19,975.00 (€ 23,538.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 4.845,00 (€ 4.813,71) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00.
