In the From Coast to Coast: Property from a Private Florida Collection auction, the work Trees By A Stream In The Snow changed hands for USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,246.65) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Emile Albert Gruppe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sunny Morning Gloucester in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 19,975.00 (€ 23,538.77).
