Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Wot U Lookin At by Eelus for GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,862.08). This price was achieved in the auction Prints & Multiples: First Impression at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Eelus have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in January 2013 by the work Blue Shat-At, 2006 at EUR 2,445.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Wot U Lookin At von Eelus für GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.862,08) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Prints & Multiples: First Impression bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Eelus wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Januar 2013 die Arbeit Blue Shat-At, 2006 mit EUR 2.445,00.
