Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 286.80 (€ 424.47) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Edward H. Niemann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Landscape With Richmond Castle On The River Swale, Yorkshire in September 2019 with an auction result of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,513.53).
