In September 2005 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction PICTURES WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS, which included the work A jewish girl by Eduard Frankfort. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,320.00 47% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eduard Frankfort - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A musical gathering, South-Africa, which sold at auction in May 2016 for EUR 5,000.00.

Im September 2005 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion PICTURES WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit A jewish girl von Eduard Frankfort zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.320,00 und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Eduard Frankfort mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A musical gathering, South-Africa beobachtet, die im Mai 2016 für EUR 5.000,00 versteigert wurde.
