Despite a disappointment, a good price for Édouard Marcel Sandoz
In September 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Poissons, 1935-38 by Édouard Marcel Sandoz for CHF 75,000.00 (€ 66,133.20). This price was achieved in the auction Swiss Art Sale at Christies in Zurich and was even below the estimate range of CHF 80,000.00 – 120,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Poissons, 1935-38 is the most expensive artwork by Édouard Marcel Sandoz that we have observed at auction so far.

Im September 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Poissons, 1935-38 von Édouard Marcel Sandoz für CHF 75.000,00 (€ 66.133,20) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Swiss Art Sale bei Christies in Zürich erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von CHF 80.000,00 – 120.000,00.
