Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Velieri by Edoardo Dalbono was sold in the 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures auction at Il Ponte in December last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 650.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Edoardo Dalbono achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fuochi E Mare Alla Festa Del Carmine in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 36,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Velieri von Edoardo Dalbono wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 650,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Edoardo Dalbono erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fuochi E Mare Alla Festa Del Carmine im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.750,00.
