Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Marina by Edoardo Dalbono was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 6,240.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Edoardo Dalbono have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Fuochi E Mare Alla Festa Del Carmine in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 36,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Marina von Edoardo Dalbono kam im Juni 2007 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 6.240,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Edoardo Dalbono auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Fuochi E Mare Alla Festa Del Carmine im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.750,00.
