Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Guiding the flock: a landscape near Naples by Edoardo Dalbono was sold in the PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS auction at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2002. The price achieved of EUR 3,525.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Edoardo Dalbono achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fuochi E Mare Alla Festa Del Carmine in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 36,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Guiding the flock: a landscape near Naples von Edoardo Dalbono wurde im März 2002 in der Auktion PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.525,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Edoardo Dalbono erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fuochi E Mare Alla Festa Del Carmine im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.750,00.
