In December 2012 Sothebys in London held the auction The Art of Illustration - From the Collection of Michael Winner, which included the work "To --- --- (Mrs. Marie Louise Shew)" by Edmund Dulac. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 28,750.00 (€ 35,456.73), 44% above the upper estimate. Other works by Edmund Dulac have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 55,250.00 (€ 67,189.14) in June 2010 for the work The Little Mermaid (At the mere sight of the bright liquid they drew back in terror).

Im Dezember 2012 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Art of Illustration - From the Collection of Michael Winner durch, in der auch die Arbeit "To --- --- (Mrs. Marie Louise Shew)" von Edmund Dulac zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 28.750,00 (€ 35.456,73) und damit 44% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
