The result of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,754.02) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Edmund Bristow have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Windsor Castle in July 2012 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 30,251.12).
