Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sye Ipa Shn by Eddie Peake was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in June 2018. The price achieved of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,189.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 90,000.00. Admittedly, works by Eddie Peake have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Modern Woman Ii in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 47,500.00 (€ 59,912.43).
