In December 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Wow...Let'S Toss Her..., March 1962, P. 61 by E. Simms Campbell for USD 312.50 (€ 235.51). This price was achieved in the auction The Year of the Rabbit: The Playboy Collection at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 400.00 – 600.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by E. Simms Campbell have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work My Wife!, April 1961, P. 139 in December 2010 with an auction result of USD 2,375.00 (€ 1,789.89).
