Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by E. Giachi could be acquired at Bonhams in London in March 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British and European Art auction, the work Girl repairing her parasol changed hands for GBP 535.50 (€ 629.07) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by E. Giachi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Debutante in March 2006 with an auction result of GBP 8,400.00 (€ 12,035.69).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von E. Giachi konnte im März 2021 bei Bonhams in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion British and European Art wechselte die Arbeit Girl repairing her parasol für GBP 535,50 (€ 629,07) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von E. Giachi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Debutante im März 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 8.400,00 (€ 12.035,69).
