Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2006 Sothebys in Olympia held the auction 20th Century British and Irish Art, which included the work San Gimignano by Druie Bowett. The price achieved of GBP 1,440.00 (€ 2,138.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Other works by Druie Bowett have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2006 the work Industrial Constructions was auctioned for GBP 2,280.00 (€ 3,385.87).

Im November 2006 führte Sothebys in Olympia die Auktion 20th Century British and Irish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit San Gimignano von Druie Bowett zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.440,00 (€ 2.138,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.200,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Druie Bowett konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2006 die Arbeit Industrial Constructions für GBP 2.280,00 (€ 3.385,87) versteigert.
