In the Herbst 2021 - The Art of Photography auction, the work Rom, Treppe vor St. Maria Maggiore. sold for EUR 3,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Paul Wolff; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Frankfurt am Main. Großmarkthalle und Bürohaus (1926–1928). Architekt: Martin Elsaesser. sold at auction in May 2019 with the realized price of EUR 3,750.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Paul Wolff erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Grisebach einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Herbst 2021 - The Art of Photography wurde die Arbeit Rom, Treppe vor St. Maria Maggiore. für EUR 3.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Paul Wolff; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Frankfurt am Main. Großmarkthalle und Bürohaus (1926–1928). Architekt: Martin Elsaesser. im Mai 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 3.750,00.
