Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Coco Chanel. by Douglas Kirkland was sold in the Photography | ONLINE ONLY auction at VAN HAM in Cologne in July 2020. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 555.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Douglas Kirkland achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Marylin Monroe 1961". Original-Photographie. in December 2016 with an auction result of CHF 14,300.00 (€ 13,337.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Coco Chanel. von Douglas Kirkland wurde im Juli 2020 in der Auktion Photography | ONLINE ONLY bei VAN HAM in Köln versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 555,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Douglas Kirkland erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Marylin Monroe 1961". Original-Photographie. im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 14.300,00 (€ 13.337,81).
