Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2010 Christies in London held the auction Travel and Vintage Posters, which included the work All Good Things Nearer by Dora M. Batty. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,643.12). Other works by Dora M. Batty have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 1,625.00 (€ 2,020.40) in October 2012 for the work R.A.F Display.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Travel and Vintage Posters durch, in der auch die Arbeit All Good Things Nearer von Dora M. Batty zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.643,12) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Dora M. Batty haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.625,00 (€ 2.020,40) im Oktober 2012 für die Arbeit R.A.F Display beobachtet.
