Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Reclining Nude by Dora Holzhandler was sold in the Twentieth Century British Art auction at Christies in London in September 2002. The price achieved of GBP 587.50 (€ 933.67) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Admittedly, works by Dora Holzhandler have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Young lovers in August 2007 with an auction result of GBP 3,360.00 (€ 4,966.97).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 587,50 (€ 933,67) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden.
