Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 5,625.00 (€ 5,070.77) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Donato Creti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Sibyl in February 2018 with an auction result of USD 1,095,000.00 (€ 896,732.45).
