A top price for Domingo Ramos - as previously expected
The work Barranca De Rio Los Palacios by Domingo Ramos was sold in the Latin American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in November 2007. The price achieved of USD 91,000.00 (€ 61,955.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Barranca De Rio Los Palacios is the most expensive artwork by Domingo Ramos that we have observed at auctions so far.
