Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Dmitry Shorin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in April 2011. In the BRIC auction, the work Parents out in the countryside sold for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,300.30) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Dmitry Shorin; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Jules Verne sold at auction in December 2020 with the realized price of GBP 30,240.00 (€ 33,780.78).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Dmitry Shorin erzielte im April 2011 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion BRIC wurde die Arbeit Parents out in the countryside für GBP 16.250,00 (€ 18.300,30) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Dmitry Shorin; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Jules Verne im Dezember 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 30.240,00 (€ 33.780,78).
