Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The finishing touches by Dimitri Kolujni was sold in the British, Continental and Russian Pictures auction at Christies in London in December 2006. It changed hands for a price of GBP 780.00 (€ 1,157.62) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 500.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Dimitri Kolujni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Morning After in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,346.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The finishing touches von Dimitri Kolujni wurde im Dezember 2006 in der Auktion British, Continental and Russian Pictures bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 780,00 (€ 1.157,62) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dimitri Kolujni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Morning After im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.600,00 (€ 5.346,11).
