This artwork by Dimitri Kolujni achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in October 2010. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work White and pink peonies sold for GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,441.27) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dimitri Kolujni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Morning After, which sold at auction in November 2006 for GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,346.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Dimitri Kolujni erzielte im Oktober 2010 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wurde die Arbeit White and pink peonies für GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.441,27) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Dimitri Kolujni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Morning After beobachtet, die im November 2006 für GBP 3.600,00 (€ 5.346,11) versteigert wurde.
