Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Balin Stone Seal by Ding Tongxin was sold in the Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors III auction at POLY in November this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 12,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 14,400.00 (€ 1,689.77) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ding Tongxin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Balin Stone Seal in April this year with an auction result of HKD 21,600.00 (€ 22,057.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Balin Stone Seal von Ding Tongxin wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors III bei POLY versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 12.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 14.400,00 (€ 1.689,77) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ding Tongxin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Balin Stone Seal im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 21.600,00 (€ 22.057,83).
