Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Dimitri Hadzi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in July 2010. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work Speranza sold for USD 16,250.00 (€ 12,434.00) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Dimitri Hadzi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Levitation sold at auction in May 2019 with the realized price of USD 23,750.00 (€ 21,302.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Dimitri Hadzi erzielte im Juli 2010 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wurde die Arbeit Speranza für USD 16.250,00 (€ 12.434,00) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Dimitri Hadzi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Levitation im Mai 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 21.302,36).
