Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fishes by Dick Ket was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2014. The price achieved of EUR 10,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dick Ket achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Stilleven met fluit: a still life with flute in November 2009 with an auction result of EUR 241,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fishes von Dick Ket kam im Dezember 2014 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dick Ket erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Stilleven met fluit: a still life with flute im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 241.000,00.
