A top price for Dick Bengtsson - as previously expected
The work "Vykort" by Dick Bengtsson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2011. The price achieved of SEK 860,000.00 (€ 96,791.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 800,000.00 – 1,000,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, "Vykort" is the most expensive artwork by Dick Bengtsson that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit "Vykort" von Dick Bengtsson kam im Mai 2011 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 860.000,00 (€ 96.791,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 800.000,00 – 1.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist "Vykort" das teuerste Kunstwerk von Dick Bengtsson, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
