It achieved a price of GBP 1,912.50 (€ 2,108.84), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 59%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Diana Armfield; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Roses From the Front Wall, Llwynhir sold at auction in July 2019 with the realized price of GBP 3,562.00 (€ 3,910.84).
