Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work On The Terrace by Di Mario was sold in the British and Continental Pictures auction at Christies in London in November 2005. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 720.00 (€ 1,057.77), 20% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Di Mario - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Feeding The Chickens; And Another Similar, which sold at auction in June 2005 for GBP 1,440.00 (€ 2,134.17).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 720,00 (€ 1.057,77) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
