Despite a disappointment, a good price for Dezo Hoffmann
In February 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Young Beatles, circa 1964 by Dezo Hoffmann for GBP 1,147.50 (€ 1,323.43). This price was achieved in the auction British. Cool. at Bonhams in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,200.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Young Beatles, circa 1964 is the most expensive artwork by Dezo Hoffmann that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Dezo Hoffmann
Im Februar 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Young Beatles, circa 1964 von Dezo Hoffmann für GBP 1.147,50 (€ 1.323,43) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion British. Cool. bei Bonhams in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist Young Beatles, circa 1964 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Dezo Hoffmann, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
