Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 750.00 (€ 955.30) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dennis Creffield - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Petworth House: South end from East, which sold at auction in March 2018 for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,700.30).
