Die Arbeit The Flight Into Egypt von Denijs van Alsloot kam im Dezember 2014 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 80.500,00 (€ 103.630,20) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Denijs van Alsloot auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A View Of The Abbey Of Groenendael Near Brussels In Winter im Juli 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 468.000,00 (€ 695.088,03).
