Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nu Allongé by Delphin Enjolras was sold in the European Paintings, Drawings & Sculptures auction at Sothebys in New York in October 2020. The price achieved of USD 10,080.00 (€ 8,654.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Delphin Enjolras have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Odalisque in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 44,100.00 (€ 51,716.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Nu Allongé von Delphin Enjolras wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion European Paintings, Drawings & Sculptures bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.080,00 (€ 8.654,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Delphin Enjolras auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Odalisque im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 44.100,00 (€ 51.716,39).
