In June this year Bonhams in London held the auction Limited Editions and Artists' Jewellery, which included the work Space For Giant, 2020 by David Yarrow. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,048.00 71% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Yarrow achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Amboseli Kenya in April 2019 with an auction result of USD 106,250.00 (€ 94,857.60).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 71 % übertroffen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Limited Editions and Artists' Jewellery durch, in der auch die Arbeit Space For Giant, 2020 von David Yarrow zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.048,00 und damit 71% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Yarrow erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Amboseli Kenya im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 106.250,00 (€ 94.857,60).
