The work Village Kermesse by David Vinckboons was sold in the Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale auction at Sothebys in London in December 2014. It achieved a price of GBP 134,500.00 (€ 173,146.10), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 68%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by David Vinckboons - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Elegant company in an ornamental garden, which sold at auction in July 2007 for GBP 300,000.00 (€ 445,569.25).

Die Arbeit Village Kermesse von David Vinckboons wurde im Dezember 2014 in der Auktion Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 134.500,00 (€ 173.146,10) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 68%. Für andere Arbeiten von David Vinckboons mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Elegant company in an ornamental garden beobachtet, die im Juli 2007 für GBP 300.000,00 (€ 445.569,25) versteigert wurde.
