The work Still life of objects on a pedestal table by David Tindle was sold in the Modern | British & Irish Art auction at Christies in London in March 2018. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,269.58), 50% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by David Tindle; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Tea sold at auction in June 2007 with the realized price of GBP 4,200.00 (€ 6,232.59).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.269,58) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von David Tindle; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Tea im Juni 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 4.200,00 (€ 6.232,59).
