In February 2021 Grisebach held the auction Online Only 2020/2021 - Contemporary Editions Online Only, which included the work Spielplatz. by David Schnell. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,750.00 46% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Schnell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Kollision In der Baumschule in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 216,000.00 (€ 162,883.64).

Im Februar 2021 führte Grisebach die Auktion Online Only 2020/2021 - Contemporary Editions Online Only durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spielplatz. von David Schnell zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.750,00 und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Schnell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Kollision In der Baumschule im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 216.000,00 (€ 162.883,64).
