Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Head And Shoulders by David Breuer-Weil was sold in the 20th Century British Art auction at Christies in London in May 2006. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,554.18). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Breuer-Weil achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Alien in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 63,842.78).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Head And Shoulders von David Breuer-Weil wurde im Mai 2006 in der Auktion 20th Century British Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.120,00 (€ 4.554,18) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Breuer-Weil erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Alien im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 63.842,78).
