Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Oriental Still Life by David Alison for GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,270.86). This price was achieved in the auction Scottish Pictures: Edinburgh Assembly Rooms at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by David Alison have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2007 by the work Summer at GBP 4,560.00 (€ 6,710.35).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
