Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century Paintings including Spanish Painting and Symbolism & the Poetic Vision, which included the work Mujer En Reposo (Daydreams) by Daniel Hernández. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 10,501.94) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Daniel Hernández - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Peruvianel Admirador (A Regal Admirer), which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 28,100.00 (€ 39,347.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th Century Paintings including Spanish Painting and Symbolism & the Poetic Vision durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mujer En Reposo (Daydreams) von Daniel Hernández zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 10.501,94) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Daniel Hernández mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Peruvianel Admirador (A Regal Admirer) beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 28.100,00 (€ 39.347,27) versteigert wurde.
