Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Housing Development, Jersey City, N.J. - 1966 by Dan Graham was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in June 2021. The price achieved of EUR 5,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dan Graham achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Empty Shoji Screen Pergola / Two-Way Mirror Container in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 47,500.00 (€ 55,131.81).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden.
