Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Cui Ruzhuo could be acquired at Bonhams in Sydney in September this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Chinese Painting20th Century & Beyond Part II auction, the work Eagles, 1983 changed hands for USD 2,560.00 (€ 2,418.75) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cui Ruzhuo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Grand Snowing Mountains in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 306,800,000.00 (€ 34,565,614.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Cui Ruzhuo konnte im September diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Sydney für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Chinese Painting20th Century & Beyond Part II wechselte die Arbeit Eagles, 1983 für USD 2.560,00 (€ 2.418,75) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cui Ruzhuo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Grand Snowing Mountains im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 306.800.000,00 (€ 34.565.614,89).
