Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2007 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours, which included the work An Autumn Landscape With Figures On A Path by Cornelis Kuypers. The price achieved of EUR 2,880.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,500.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Cornelis Kuypers have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Roses, Peonies, Cineria, Tulips, A Great Mullein And Other Flowers In A Sculpted Vase, A Pineapple, Grapes, Peaches And Other Fruit On A Marble Ledge, With A Perch On A Fishing Rod, A Caterpillar, A Fly, A Spider And Ants in April 2013 with an auction result of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 26,551.30).

Im März 2007 führte Sothebys in Amsterdam die Auktion Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours durch, in der auch die Arbeit An Autumn Landscape With Figures On A Path von Cornelis Kuypers zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.880,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.500,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden.
