Admittedly, works by Cornelis Pronk have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View of the Buitenhof, The Hague, the Hofvijfer and the left part of the Binnenhof beyond in July 2018 with an auction result of GBP 10,250.00 (€ 11,492.50).

Die Arbeit Portrait d'un homme en turban, d'après Jacob de Wit von Cornelis Pronk kam im März 2012 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.875,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cornelis Pronk auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit View of the Buitenhof, The Hague, the Hofvijfer and the left part of the Binnenhof beyond im Juli 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.250,00 (€ 11.492,50).
