Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,376.31) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Cornelis Huysmans - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A wooded landscape with figures and cattle on a track, which sold at auction in December 2010 for GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,199.94).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.376,31) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00.
