In June 2006 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work A Mother'S Joy by Cor Bouter. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,600.00. With this result, A Mother'S Joy is even the most expensive work of art by Cor Bouter that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juni 2006 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Mother'S Joy von Cor Bouter zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.600,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist A Mother'S Joy sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Cor Bouter, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
